Our History

Corporate Maintenance Systems officially began in 1985 with a single contract in a progressive restaurant chain. At that time, Corporate Maintenance Systems consisted of three employees. After a period of one year, Corporate Maintenance Systems was awarded five additional accounts, in the same chain.

Today, Corporate Maintenance Systems still has its first client, has expanded to three states employing over one hundred and fifty employees in not only upscale restaurants, but construction and business offices as well. Corporate Maintenance Systems has earned a reputation as a company that takes pride in its work.

Corporate Maintenance Systems presently services 4 million sq. ft. of office, daycare, and dining establishments. That number is projected to increase to over 5 million sq. ft. by the end of 2008. While additional growth could be secured, it is the belief of the company that quality will only be retained if there is direct leadership overseeing affairs.

Corporate Maintenance Systems started in Central New York and will continue to have its operations within this area. The Central New York area is an ideal location for those businesses that Corporate Maintenance Systems provides services for. Corporate Maintenance Systems provides services to Syracuse, Buffalo, Albany, Rochester, Utica, Oswego, Watertown, Auburn, and surrounding cities and suburbs.
