Corporate Maintenance Systems believes that in order for a facility to be clean, it needs the cooperation of all personnel. Corporate Maintenance Systems knows which services should be provided, why these services should be provided, and how these services can be provided. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not subscribe to the latest “fad” techniques within the cleaning industry. We do not use small, inefficient backpack cleaners, nor do we work using the sectional approach. We adhere to the principle of traditional techniques that are tried and proven. We give our clients a superior service at a fair price.
